The in-line sampling valve can be mounted directly on the process pipeline or on the bypass piping system to take a representative sample of the media directly from within the pipeline through the no-dead zone design. Sampling can be done under pressure or under negative pressure without process shutdown, and the sampler can be installed vertically or horizontally. When using a sampling syringe, both liquids and gases can be sampled, and the medium is always out of contact with the atmosphere and the operator. The stainless steel or plastic safety box provides additional protection during the sampling process against contact with the sampling media, and its stainless steel housing and borosilicate glass cover allow for visual control throughout the sampling process.
